Our sheet metal department originally started specializing in quick turn parts, weldments, and assemblies, but has since expanded to light production jobs. Our sheet metal department is capable of fabricating anything from simple parts to complex assemblies (see assembly page for examples).

For fabrication equipment we have a new Mitsubishi laser, programmable Amada press brakes, power roller, spot welder, a deburring center with downdraft table, and machines for installing hardware.

For parts with tight tolerance features, or patterns, we can accomplish using a combination forming and milling.

We maintain an enormous inventory of sheet and coil stock, hardware, and fasteners to support quick turn jobs.
