This unit is a prototype for enriching CO2 concentration in greenhouses.

For this particular time sensitive project we were given an assembly model. Each part then had to be evaluated for manufacturability, some parts then had to have their model modified and some required completely new models. The Assembly model was reconstructed and analyzed. From there, fabrication drawings and manufacturing routers made their way to the shop floor.

Total elapsed time from receipt of initial information to completed unit was 5 weeks, that includes paint and assembly.

Product was crated and delivered on time.
